What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following clinical standards
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions
• Administer procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate patient status effectively
• Document all services and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, and students

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum 1 year of related OT experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
