What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical and wound care needs
• Administer interventions such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient and family education
• Support and supervise therapy assistants, aides, and students as needed
• Participate in meetings and ongoing training to ensure best practices
• Obtain necessary supplies and equipment to support patient care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience with outpatient, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience supervising therapy assistants and students
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice standards
