Job DescriptionThe RoleThe Reporting & Analytics Lead is responsible for CCA Field Sales reporting and analytics on National and Regional promotions and initiatives. This role develops and drives measurement and analytics plan and leverages multiple data sources to identify actionable insights that drive business goals. The role works across multiple teams including CCA sales regions, channels, and adjacency partners to ensure cohesive measurement. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating reporting tools, identifying insights, and delivering findings that will drive results. This role reports to the CCA Cross Channel Initiatives Manager.What You’ll DoProgram performance analytics : Evaluate effectiveness of PASE, Partner Perks, and ad hoc incentives using sales, parts movement, redemption, and attach-rate data; identify performance drivers and gaps by region/segment.Insights to action : Build evidence-based recommendations on program mechanics (eligibility, payout curves, tiers, timing), forecast expected impact, and track realized results vs. targets.Dashboards & reporting : Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management-ready summaries (month/quarter close, pre/post promotions), ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.Cross-channel influence : Partner with Sales, Service and Marketing Channel Leaders, Field Teams, Finance, and Marketing to align incentives to business priorities and customer experience goals.Dealer performance intelligence : Track KPI trends (e.g., sales volume, redemption rate, ROI, margin impact, dealer participation, program leakage, mix shifts) and escalate risks with mitigation options.Communication : Create and deliver concise, compelling presentations and program briefs to inform senior leadership decisions and field enablement; serve as a credible voice across multiple levels of the organization.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.3–5 years experience in incentives, pricing/promo analytics, sales operations, or commercial analytics (automotive/aftermarket preferred).Technical: Advanced Excel; working proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or Tableau) for data modeling, measures, and visualization.Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)Strategic and analytical thinking – Connects data to business strategy and incentive program design.Insight-driven decision support – Translates analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.Influencing without authority – Uses insights and storytelling to shape decisions across diverse stakeholders.Cross-functional collaboration – Builds strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Field Operations, and Program Management.Data storytelling and executive presence – Communicates clearly, confidently, and succinctly at multiple levels.Continuous improvement mindset – Uses insights to refine programs, reporting, and processes over time.Effective communicator able to work across diverse stakeholder groups and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.#LI-JT2GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
