About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Facility Operations and Development. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the management and performance of facilities, plant operations, construction, and real estate activities, all in alignment with the company's strategic initiatives and goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety programs, contract negotiations, and budget forecasting, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to set business goals and ensure the success of construction, design, and real estate projects. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a strong awareness of market and industry trends, implement innovative solutions, and lead a significant master plan that includes the development of various healthcare facilities. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar management role. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in facilities and construction management, including experience in safety and environmental compliance, and a current certification in facilities and/or construction management. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, financial, and project management skills, as well as the ability to inspire and lead a team. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and the ability to communicate effectively and work with regulatory agencies is a must. The role demands a leader who can ensure the efficient operation of all physical structures and is adept at managing the real estate transaction process.
