Description:
We are seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join a growing ENT practice.
This position offers the opportunity to build a rapidly growing patient panel.
You will perform high procedural volumes.
The role involves providing comprehensive Otolaryngology care for patients in both outpatient clinic and surgical settings.
You will diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
The position includes performing a wide range of ENT surgical procedures.
You will develop and manage a growing patient panel due to significant unmet demand for ENT services.
Collaboration with audiology specialists will be key in delivering integrated care.
You will work alongside experienced ENT physicians who provide mentorship and professional support.
Participation in shared emergency department call coverage will be required.
You will provide consultations for ENT-related conditions referred by regional healthcare providers.
Utilizing an electronic medical record system for documentation and care coordination is essential.
The focus will be on delivering patient-centered care.
Procedures will be conducted in a Level III Trauma Center.
You will conduct surgical cases at an on-campus outpatient surgery center.
This position works within a large multidisciplinary health system with strong referral networks.
Maintaining excellent communication and coordination with physicians and specialists is vital.
