A leading global law firm is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support its procurement operations and help manage day-to-day purchasing and administrative processes. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing requests, approvals, documentation, and vendor-related activities move efficiently through the procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vendor quotes and assist with purchasing requests
• Create and issue purchase orders
• Coordinate spend approvals and internal approval workflows
• Manage signatures and procurement documentation using systems such as DocuSign and iManage
• Support vendor and contract-related administrative processes
• Manage and support corporate/business card programs
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate procurement records
• Track purchasing requests and ensure documentation is completed properly
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve procurement-related questions
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the procurement team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a related administrative function
• Strong xhyhwjd organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with purchase orders, vendor quotes, approvals, or procurement documentation
• Comfortable working with multiple internal stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Experience with DocuSign, iManage, or similar document/workflow systems is a plus
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is preferred
