Practice Manager

Job Description Tebo Dental is a well-established and privately-owned children & teen and orthodontic group with locations just north of Atlanta, GA in the cities of Lilburn, Dacula, Gainesville, Peachtree Corners, and Cumming. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the practice and enforce office policies/protocols Oversee the delivery of quality dental care to patients from clinical staff Opening and closing duties for the office Manage and coordinate clinical and administrative staffing Manage team member relations appropriately and ensure staff have the necessary resources and support for success Train and develop staff to meet performance standards Create challenges to keep the team motivated and inspired Respond timely to patient, doctor, and staff needs and inquiries Lead morning huddles and take initiative to coordinate other necessary meetings, huddles, trainings Handle patient-related Quality Control issues in person and/or over the phone Maintain facilities/equipment in accordance with hygiene, safety, and OSHA regulations Troubleshoot and/or follow up with IT issues and/or items that need repair to ensure timely resolution Handle and address patient surveys and/or reviews Meet and exceed production goals for the office Manage sedation referrals and ensure patients are making ortho consultation visits Fill the schedule and help to increase the level of case acceptance with operative treatment Audit the schedule for scheduling errors and ensure we are maximizing productivity and efficiency Cover front office positions and help on the clinical floor as needed Assist with conducting interviews, evaluations, and meetings Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in a dental or medical office Ability to travel between our office locations Available to work full-time between Monday-Friday Exceptional Customer Service skills Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills High Degree of Professionalism Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills Strong sense of urgency Benefits: Comprehensive Training Provided Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Paid Time-Off 401(k) with Match LifeTime Fitness Membership Discount Healthy Breakfast & Snack Options Long-Term Disability Career Advancement & Growth Opportunities Schedule 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time Compensation: From $40,000.00 per year The Tebo Difference: #J-18808-Ljbffr
