We focus on improving search quality, relevance, and usability, while advancing AI-driven capabilities that reduce manual effort and increase confidence in high-stakes decisions.Our work sits at the intersection of data, AI, and professional workflows, helping innovators and IP professionals make faster, more accurate, and more defensible decisions.About the RoleThe Sr. Product Manager will typically own one or more product features and lead project execution. Individuals in this role will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer. They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.Responsibilities:​Gathering, evaluating, and understanding customer use casesCreating and delivering innovative, AI-enabled product features and capabilities that delight our customersLeading and mentoring team members, playing an active role in peer development and recruitmentLeveraging and identifying metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgetsDeveloping clear go-to-market launch plans, through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teamsDriving key end-to-end life-cycle components, from planning to releaseDeveloping product vision and road-map plan, aligned with business strategy, and communicating these across all critical stakeholdersQualifications:Have a degree in a technical field or proven technical acumen and experienceBe a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issuesHave the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customersHave experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleaguesHave excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholdersBe able to think analytically and demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple prioritiesBe able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plansHave significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release managementWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New York, the base pay range is $126,900 - $211,500.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $138,400 - $230,700.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,300.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $136,213 - $217,587.
