Guest Service Agent (Agente de servicio al huésped)

Overview Oportunidad: Agente de servicio al huésped Saludar, registrar y atender a los huéspedes de manera amable y cortés de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel/marca y de sostenibilidad. Su camino de crecimiento Supervisor de recepción o coordinador de ventas – Gerente de recepción o gerente de ventas Su foco de atención Saludar inmediatamente a los huéspedes y ofrecer ayuda con sus necesidades. Registrar a los huéspedes y asignarles habitaciones. Establecer métodos de pago y verificar el crédito. Realizar y confirmar reservas. Calcular facturas, cobrar pagos y dar cambio a los huéspedes. Transmitir y recibir mensajes, utilizando teléfonos o el sistema PMS. Responder las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera oportuna. Recibir y resolver las quejas de los huéspedes, elevándolas al supervisor si fuese necesario. Asegurar los objetos de valor de los huéspedes en la caja fuerte del hotel o en las cajas de seguridad, si no están disponibles en las habitaciones de los huéspedes. Realizar actividades de contabilidad, tales como balancear cuentas y llevar a cabo auditorías. Tener en cuenta los puntajes de satisfacción de los huéspedes y trabajar para aumentar la satisfacción general y departamental de los huéspedes. Practicar hábitos de trabajo seguros, usar equipo de seguridad protector y seguir los estándares MSDS y OSHA. Ayudar en el área de desayuno o ayudar a los huéspedes con el equipaje cuando se requiera asistencia del personal o durante los periodos de mayor actividad. Garantizar la satisfacción general del huésped. Realizar otras tareas según lo solicite la gerencia. Sus antecedentes y habilidades Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente. Se requiere experiencia previa en atención al cliente o capacitación equivalente. Se prefiere conocimiento de sistemas PMS. Entorno y contexto laboral El horario de trabajo varía y puede incluir trabajar en días festivos, fines de semana y turnos alternos. Requiere estar de pie durante periodos prolongados, caminar, empujar, levantar hasta 25 libras, agacharse y alcanzar objetos, inclinarse, arrodillarse o ponerse en cuclillas. #J-18808-Ljbffr HHM Hospitality
