Office Associate / New Patient Concierge

We're growing and looking for outstanding professionals to join our team.

Schedule: Mon - Thurs 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. and every other Friday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Pay: $21 - 23 / hr.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and welcome new patients in by managing incoming emails, texts, calls, and other inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and inform new patients of process & expectations.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment

What You Need:

• Experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred - but not required!
• Ability to learn & utilize dental practice software and multitasking
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to consistently provide positive first impressions
