You'll set the tone for professionalism and teamwork while ensuring that the store operates smoothly, profitably, and in full compliance with state regulations and company standards.On any given day, you might:Oversee all store operations-from sales and inventory to customer service and marketing initiativesHire, train, and mentor employees, building a strong and capable teamManage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and team development plansReview financial reports, reconcile cash receipts, and verify deposits to maintain fiscal integrityConduct audits of cash handling, compliance, and inventory systems to prepare for inspectionsLead manager and employee meetings to align goals, share updates, and reinforce standardsStep into any role-from sales to inventory to reception-to support the team as neededPartner with regional leadership to develop strategies that boost efficiency and profitabilityEnsure the store remains audit-ready and compliant with all local and state regulationsMaintain a clean, inviting, and well-merchandised store environment that reflects the Nirvana brandWhat We're Looking ForWe want a seasoned leader who's ready to make an impact.
