School Speech Language Pathologist - Los Lunas, New Mexico

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Valid or easily obtainable New Mexico SLP license
• Experience in school or healthcare settings working with children is valuable

• Strong understanding of speech and language disorders in a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12th grade students
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and consultations as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and legal requirements
• Foster a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment
