Roofing Technical RepresentativeCentiMark Corporation, the nation's leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative to support Sales Representatives in our Baton Rouge office.CentiMark Corporation has been in business for over 58 years and has 100 offices across the country with over 3,500 employees. We are looking for people who want to contribute to a great team. Successful candidates must demonstrate initiative, a good work ethic, and attention to detail. We provide on the job training, benefits and room to grow.This position pays $60k, then $65k once this person acquires their drone license.Job Summary:Travel to customers' locations and inspect commercial roofsCommunicate with customers and check roofs for problem areasMeasure commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roofWill work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customersAssist in marketing for new accountsCandidate Requirements:Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individualGeneral Construction, Roofing and/or Construction Sales experienceComputer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel)A Valid driver's license in good standingAble to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feetCollege Degree in Construction Management or similar preferredPremier Benefits:2 Health Insurance Plans:No Cost "Core Plan" – No Cost Medical & Dental"Buy Up Plan" – Features a lower deductible for MedicalVision PlanEmployer Paid Life & AD&D InsuranceTraditional 401K with Company MatchRoth 401K with Company MatchEmployer Provided Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Company Vehicle & Fuel CardPaid Holidays and VacationFlexible Spending Account (FSA)CentiMark provides a great work environment with challenging career opportunities.Drug Free Workplace - EOE (M/F/V/D) - E-Verify Employer
