Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist

Overview Kent Place School is seeking a part-time receptionist to work the hours of 1:00pm - 6:00pm. This position will be one of the first points of contact for school constituents, playing a key role in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with our security staff to support school safety protocols and manage various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Visitor management Managing a multi-line phone system Monitoring security cameras Performing general administrative duties Serving as the operations dispatcher Qualifications Strong communication and technology skills required Knowledge of Google Suite preferred Three years of administrative experience required Experience in a school setting preferred Professional and positive attitude Flexibility to adapt to changing needs Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Additional Information This is a 12-month position; additional hours occasionally required.
