Position Summary Under the guidance of the Senior Financial Services Operations Manager, the Lead Treasury Coordinator will oversee the administration and management of the firm's banking and credit relationships. This role is vital in ensuring accurate bookkeeping and efficient transaction processing. Key Responsibilities Manage transactions related to trust accounts maintained for clients (e.g., financings, settlements). Coordinate all communications with banking institutions, including updating signatories for all bank accounts. Serve as the Administrator for various banks, managing user setups and modifications. Oversee firm credit card administration, including user setup, ordering new cards, and adjusting credit limits. Provide training to new cardholders on accessing the bank portal. Collaborate with cardholders and banks to resolve issues related to fraudulent transactions or declines. Initiate or release outgoing wire transfers for all bank accounts. Reconcile a variety of bank accounts. Support month-end balancing of the 3e Accounting System to the general ledger. Process all credit applications for the firm. Prepare and present banking and financial reports. Prepare and post journal entries related to bank and trust accounts. Compile daily cash position reports. Monitor all debit transactions and fraud alerts on the general bank account daily. Regularly check and manage all brokerage account activities. Oversee client retainer balances and facilitate the return of funds when necessary. Administer Unclaimed Property tracking and reporting. Manage End-Day Trust checks for retainers applied. Work closely with firm auditors to ensure compliance. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Required Skills and Experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and other firm applications post-orientation at Cooley LLP. Availability to work overtime as needed. Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree. Experience in law firm accounting. Familiarity with online business banking platforms. Competencies Strong organizational skills and professional communication abilities. Excellent business writing and follow-up skills. Capability to work independently and efficiently under pressure. Outstanding prioritization and time management skills. Adept at handling multiple tasks swiftly and accurately. Meticulous attention to detail. The expected hourly pay range for this position is $39.50 - $58.00, corresponding to an annual salary of $82,160.00 - $120,640.00 based on a full-time work schedule. Final offer amounts will depend on geographic location, experience, and candidate skills.
