What you’ll need to succeed:

• Active California SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and work with diverse student populations
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and professionalism within educational teams

Your daily impact:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students ages K-12, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress toward speech and language goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service personnel
• Develop creative, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
