Principal Business Operations Analyst

Operating as a senior partner within the Transformation Office, the full-time Principal Business Operations Analyst will support various initiatives by executing high-priority tasks, conducting data analysis, and creating deliverables to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support the Forward Deployed Engineering program by managing opportunity intake, requirements capture, and value tracking Transform ambiguous requests into polished deliverables such as executive communications, analysis, and status updates Lead data analysis across financial and operational domains, focusing on ROI and cost optimization while collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics Required qualifications 6-9 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or program leadership, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment Strong ability to execute tasks with minimal direction, producing clear and polished drafts Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to independently structure and analyze large datasets; SQL knowledge is a plus Understanding of AI tools and their application to enhance operational workflows Experience in identifying and implementing process automation solutions to improve efficiency
