Banking and Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with three to seven years of experience to join its Banking and Finance practice in Houston, TX. The practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in various debt financings, both domestically and internationally. Duties Represent clients in private credit transactions and receivables financings. Handle structured credit and distressed financings. Manage syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings. Requirements Three to seven years of relevant law firm experience. Highly motivated with superior client service skills. Member of the Bar in a U.S. State. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Bar admission in a U.S. State. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
