An elite international law firm is looking to hire a Finance Associate to join its Houston office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven lawyer seeking exposure to complex transactional work, a first class client base, and a highly regarded finance team.
Requirements
• 2+ years post qualification experience
• Texas Qualified
• Strong finance transactional experience
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial and pragmatic approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong academics and training
