Atlantic Health System Nurse Practitioner – Cardiac Heart Success / Heart Failure Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit healthcare networks, is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its Cardiac Heart Success / Heart Failure team. The NP will practice at Morristown Medical Center, Chilton Medical Center, and Overlook Medical Center, working Monday‑Friday dayshift with limited weekend call. Responsibilities Provide clinical care in all aspects of heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and ventricular assist devices in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care. Participate in heart transplant and VAD training as supported by the organization. Maintain documentation and comply with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current and valid New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license. Experience or demonstrated knowledge in heart failure management, mechanical circulatory support, or ventricular assist devices preferred. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a caring bedside manner. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary: Minimum hourly rate $58.56 – maximum hourly rate $103.06.
