What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within regulatory standards
• Assess patients' needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee team members in the OR setting
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Keep accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Support department and organizational goals through active participation

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience in acute or perioperative nursing
• Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare settings
• Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
