Step into a fulfilling contract position as an Occupational Therapist, providing essential support to students across three elementary schools near Tucson, AZ. Your expertise will make a direct, positive impact by helping approximately 68 children reach their developmental and academic goals. This in-person role is focused on the upcoming 4th quarter, running from March 29 through the end of the school year on May 28, 2027.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred
• Passion for working with children at the elementary level
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptable and responsive to a dynamic school environment
• Please note: COTAs and PTAs are not eligible for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct in-person OT services to a diverse caseload of 68 elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Consult with teachers, other school professionals, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per school requirements
• Foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive environment for each student
• Travel between three local elementary school sites as needed
