National Equity Fund, Inc. is a leading nonprofit LIHTC syndicator seeking a Managing Director, Structured Finance Asset Management to lead the asset management team across the full Structured Finance portfolio.
You will protect and optimize portfolio performance, oversee staff, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure high standards of risk and compliance. The role requires extensive experience in real estate finance, portfolio management, and underwriting, with a focus on preferred equity
