The Senior Portfolio Solutions Lead, Soy is the global strategic leader accountable for creating and scaling connected and integrated offers for the Soy Crop System across Drive and Non-Drive Countries. The role shapes the long-term portfolio-solutions agenda by combining Digital Farming, Sustainability, Crop Protection, Biologicals, and Seeds & Traits into differentiated customer and business solutions. Working with broad autonomy, the position develops business models and investment cases, leads global phase-gate governance from ideation through scaling, and influences major funding and platform-prioritization decisions. Shaping and owning the long-term global connected-offer and portfolio-solutions strategy for the Soy Crop System, defining how Digital Farming, Sustainability, Crop Protection, Biologicals, and Seeds & Traits combine into differentiated solutions. Leading global phase-gate governance for new integrated solutions from ideation through business-model development, piloting, launch, transfer, and scaling. Developing investment-grade business cases and shaping funding decisions for connected offers, aligning investment and accountability across Digital Farming, Sustainability, and other portfolio units. Leading the design and commercialization of outcome-based and food-value-chain solutions, defining customer and partner value, data requirements, and operating models. Piloting and scaling connected offers across diverse markets, sponsoring pilots in Drive Countries and adapting proven concepts for Non-Drive Country opportunities. Serving as the recognized global portfolio-solutions authority for Soy, leading cross-divisional planning teams and representing connected-offer priorities in senior governance. If you... Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Digital Agriculture, Sustainability, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline; a Master's or advanced degree is preferred. Have a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in digital farming, portfolio solutions, strategic marketing, business-model innovation, or sustainability. Have demonstrated leadership of large-scale, multi-region solution development, digital, sustainability, or commercialization initiatives. Have demonstrated success creating business cases, managing phase-gate decisions, piloting new offers, and transferring validated concepts into commercial organizations for scaling. Have experience developing partnerships, outcome-based or value-chain business models, and integrated offers across multiple portfolio areas, strongly preferred. Possess mastery of business-model design, value proposition development, investment cases, experimentation, and phase-gate governance. Have advanced business and financial acumen, including funding alignment, investment trade-offs, and value realization. Demonstrate executive communication, negotiation, and broad cross-divisional influence.
