Position Summary Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio. Work You’ll Do Manage information technology projects, including software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of engagements to create business solutions for large companies in connection to information technology projects. Manage information technology project teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, information technology project team, and developers and testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications. 50% Travel required nationallyTelecommuting permitted Requirements Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: Utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle E-Business Suite, and Agile and Waterfall Methodologies to participate in software development and implementation services of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing, and Logistics;Participating in day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors; developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers;Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, BMC Remedy, and ServiceNow;Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals and overseeing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for Automotive Industry clients using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, E-Business Suite, Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES);Managing full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging Oracle SCM, Manufacturing, MSCA, and WMS and building custom applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher;Conducting training sessions to facilitate Oracle systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;Participating in business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of Oracle software solutions; andDelivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies utilizing Oracle SCM, Manufacturing, MSCA, WMS, PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
