Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling for emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations
- Support crisis intervention and promote positive school environments
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology or related field
- Active Tennessee School Psychologist license (or ability to obtain)
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
