Leasing Specialist

Position Summary Responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions Position Summary Responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions Essential Functions Process lease application, prepare lease documents and follow-up on lease quotes for assigned regions. Assist with lease applications in other regions as needed. Follow-up with customers Coordinate shipment of all machines Attend scheduled meetings (Weeke, Shop, Weekly Status, Funding) Assist in handling post closing lease issues and any issues related to lease funding. Follow-up on all sales agreements in assigned territory to confirm customer’s financing arrangement. Monthly review of dealer lease activity to ensure annual goals are on target Monthly follow-up with dealer salesmen to increase lease volume. Contact lenders; deal questions, explanations, additional information Follow-up with previous lease customers to source additional business. Assist in developing a direct end user marketing strategy. Qualifications Prior leasing experience desired College degree required SKILLS & ABILITIES Proficiency with MS Office Suite Typical Office Environment Ability to multitask Adaptability to changing priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative skills Self-starter and self-reliant Excellent problem solving skills WORK ENVIRONMENT Standard Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
