Counter Server

Restaurant opens in Orland Park this November. Guests choose their fish at our counter and tell us how they want it cooked — and you're the one who walks them through it.

What you'll do: greet guests at the counter, explain the fish and the cooking styles, weigh and ring orders accurately, take takeout and phone orders, package to-go orders correctly, keep the counter and display clean and stocked, and hand off cleanly to the kitchen.

What we're looking for: retail, counter, deli, café or food service experience preferred — seafood knowledge is not required, we train all of it. You're comfortable talking to people you've never met, you're accurate with money and orders, and you stay friendly when there's a line. Weekend availability required. Bilingual Arabic or Spanish is a strong plus.
