Responsibilities include:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Medication reminders
• Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules
• Support clients in managing their medication routines
• Meal preparation and nutrition
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements
• Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Companionship and social interaction
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
• Health monitoring
• Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team
• Document care provided and any notable observations

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
