Work Environment

This role will be conducted onsite at our outpatient office in Toms River, where you will collaborate closely with a compassionate team of healthcare providers. Our facility is equipped with advanced treatment modalities and state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology, providing a conducive environment for effective patient care. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they meet each patient's specific goals and conditions.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and restore physical function.
• Provide patient education on maintaining proper body mechanics, posture, and strategies for preventing future injuries.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans by using evidence-based practices to optimize recovery results.
• Work collaboratively with a network of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy for complex cases.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

At The Health Connection, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to individuals with chronic pain conditions or post-operative rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Current board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Proficiency in advanced physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills critical for assessing patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
