About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Risk and Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight across risk frameworks, corporate governance, and risk culture initiatives. This role involves establishing and administering global corporate governance committees, developing and maintaining asset management risk frameworks, and leading risk education and awareness initiatives. The Executive Director will also be expected to provide guidance on strategic initiatives, product development, change management, and business integration, as well as to partner with second- and third-line teams on governance and risk framework reviews. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of risk and governance experience, with a specific requirement for asset management experience. The role demands a strong understanding of asset management risk frameworks, governance, and oversight, as well as demonstrated corporate governance experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in working across all three lines of defense and experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional risk teams. The position requires a presence in Philadelphia with a 3x per week in-office schedule and is suited for individuals who are adept at driving risk culture initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve operating processes.
