King Ford of Nashville is expanding right now, and we are building the Sales and Business Development team that will drive it. We are hiring exactly two people for this role. Not a rolling pipeline. Not a resume bank. Two seats. The moment they are filled, this window closes.

You will be the voice that connects King Ford to a growing bilingual community that most dealerships overlook. Your Spanish fluency is not a bonus here. It is the job. It is your competitive edge, and it is why this seat pays for performance.

Monthly Earnings Potential

$2,400 to $6,000+ per month. Performance-based compensation including commissions, tied directly to your activity, appointments, and sales results. You control the ceiling. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. No waiting years for a raise. Your raise is available every single month.

What You Will Do

• Proactively call and text customers to introduce King Ford of Nashville's offers and create real sales opportunities
• Respond to leads fast, then follow up with purpose until you get an answer
• Build rapport, identify what the customer actually needs, and recommend the right vehicle and solutions
• Set and confirm appointments, then execute a clean hand-off to the showroom floor or step in to help close the sale
• Keep accurate notes and activity records so every customer gets a smooth experience
• Work directly with managers and the sales team to sharpen scripts, processes, and conversion results
• Meet and exceed monthly activity and performance goals

What We Are Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing). This is non-negotiable.
• High energy and self-motivation. You take initiative without being pushed.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Coachability. You want feedback, and you actually apply it.
• Comfort with goals, accountability, and performance expectations
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience creating and posting content on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, wireless retail, or appointment setting is a plus, not a requirement. Bring the right attitude and work ethic and we will train you. We are betting on hunger over history.
