Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr SHR Talent is partnering with a hyper-growth mode healthcare client in Nashville, TN in its search for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and month-end and year-end close processes Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize revenue generation, cost control, and profitability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient financial processes and internal controls, driving continuous improvement and mitigating risks Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas of improvement Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or variances in a timely manner Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to address any inquiries or findings Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes, implementing best practices to optimize financial operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, strongly preferred Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry or Public Accounting Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and internal controls Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas and analyze large datasets If you are a results-oriented Senior Accountant seeking a challenging role with a rapidly growing healthcare organization, apply now to join this dynamic team in Nashville, TN.
