• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop suitable and personalized treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a tailored approach to each situation.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to meet the client's specific requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to provide holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of client needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards while also remaining up-to-date with legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training, and staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The remote setting enables you to connect with clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects their personal experiences and perspectives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family dynamics, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal aspects related to counseling practices.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarization with telehealth platforms for effective counseling delivery.
