Training Specialist

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Training Specialist to support manufacturing operations in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and evaluating training effectiveness across the site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and revise training curricula for quality systems and EHS compliance
- Deliver and support training for Process Excellence programs and operational initiatives
- Monitor and analyze training program effectiveness, providing departmental feedback
- Support or lead internal and external training projects and change control activities
- Perform document reviews and submissions into QUMAS for new products and processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- 2–4 years of manufacturing and/or training experience
- Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project software skills
- Excellent presentation and training delivery abilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Knowledge of multimedia training program design
- Familiarity with Process Excellence and TWI preferred
