Maximum Salary (US): 160000Minimum Salary (US): 109,000Experience in: SIT, UAT, Regression TestingJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Tester with strong knowledge of Epic Professional Billing (PB) and/or Hospital Billing (HB) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Epic revenue cycle workflows, ensuring application quality, executing end-to-end testing, and collaborating with business, and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing support for Epic Resolute PB/HB applications.Validate revenue cycle workflows including: Patient registration and charge captureCoding and billingClaims processingPayment postingDenials and collectionsDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.Conduct end-to-end testing across Epic and integrated applications/interfaces (HL7, FHIR, X12, clearinghouses, third-party systems).Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, retesting, and defect closure validation.Coordinate with Epic analysts, business users, product owners, developers, and SMEs during testing cycles.Support test data preparation and test environment validation.Create test metrics, status reports, and testing documentation.Skill Requirements12+ years of software testing experience.7+ years of hands-on experience testing Epic Resolute PB and/or HB.Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes.Experience in: SIT, UAT, Regression TestingEnd-to-End TestingDefect Management LifecycleTest Planning and ExecutionFamiliarity with Epic workflows and integrated healthcare applications.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Other Requirements
