ABOUT THIS HEALTHCARE POSITION:

This is a full-time nursing position.

Every day as a Wellness Nurse - LPN is filled with purpose and meaning. You start your day by conducting nursing assessments and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Throughout the day, you provide compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized.

The minimum requirements to be considered:

• Current LPN license
• Ability to work weekends
