FX Product Manager, Vice President

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a closely related domain.
• We require advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.

• We own, maintain, and develop the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• We define FX product strategy and product vision that delivers customer value.
• We lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• We build the framework and track key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• We play a key role in incident response and facilitate product communications during production outages.
• We use sound judgment to reduce risk, escalate risk and control issues, and identify creative solutions.
• We understand risk and contribute to an effective, efficient control environment.
• We promote a security-first mindset through coaching and mentorship, while identifying growth and improvement opportunities across the team.
