Vice President - Product Manager, Lending Innovation

We’re transforming customer experiences, simplifying the ways we do business, and driving toward product excellence.As a Product Manager in Connected Commerce on the Lending Innovations team, you drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for lending product initiatives by identifying customer needs, defining clear requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.Job responsibilitiesDefine product vision, strategy, and success metrics for initiatives and featuresLead discovery, research, and analysis to identify customer problems and validate solutionsBuild and manage a prioritized product roadmap and backlog aligned to customer and business outcomesSequence work across teams and workstreams to enable coordinated deliveryPartner with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver features from definition through releaseCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls)Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria to support efficient deliveryMonitor performance against goals, identify enhancement opportunities, and define implementation approachesCommunicate product direction, progress, and performance to senior stakeholdersRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills5 years of experience in product management or a closely related domainDemonstrated experience building and launching digital products through the full product lifecycleExperience translating customer insights and data into product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritization decisionsWorking knowledge of APIs and modern software delivery practicesExperience operating in Agile product development environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead work in ambiguous problem spaces and align cross-functional partners to decisions and outcomesPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsExperience working in a complex, highly matrixed organizationExperience partnering with control functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls) throughout product deliveryApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
