Business Development Manager – Home Care & Home Health Job Northbrook, IL BrightStar Care of Northbrook, IL BrightStar Care of Northbrook is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our private duty home care and skilled home health services throughout Cook County. This position is ideal for an outside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, networking in the community, and making a meaningful impact on patients and families. What You'll Do Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities Generate new business through networking, community outreach, cold calling, and in-person visits Promote BrightStar Care's full continuum of home care and home health services Manage and grow your territory while maintaining an active pipeline of referral sources Collaborate with branch leadership to execute sales and marketing initiatives Represent BrightStar Care at community events and professional organizations Track activities and opportunities using CRM systems and provide regular sales updates Help strengthen the branch's local presence through networking and community engagement Why BrightStar Care? Skills & Qualifications Two or more years of outside sales experience required Healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience preferred Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with face-to-face sales and prospecting activities Experience using CRM systems is preferred Full-time, Monday-Friday Daily travel throughout Cook County Based out of our Northbrook office Occasional evening networking events may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr BrightStar Care Arizona
