Role Overview
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and service standards.
This is a  hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Support daily housekeeping operations:
• • Room attendants
  • Public area staff
  • Laundry team
• Conduct  room inspections for cleanliness and quality standards
• Assist with:
• • Scheduling
  • Training
  • Coaching team members
• Manage inventory:
• • Linens
  • Supplies
  • Cleaning products
• Coordinate with:
• • Front Desk
  • Maintenance team
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance (OSHA, chemical handling)
• Support cleaning tasks during peak occupancy
• Assist with onboarding and team development
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications

• Housekeeping leadership experience (hotel experience preferred )
• Strong understanding of:
• • Cleaning standards
  • Inspection procedures
  • Safety protocols
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
