Role Overview
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and service standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily housekeeping operations:
- Room attendants
- Public area staff
- Laundry team
Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and quality standards
Assist with:
- Scheduling
- Training
- Coaching team members
Manage inventory:
- Linens
- Supplies
- Cleaning products
Coordinate with:
- Front Desk
- Maintenance team
Ensure safety and sanitation compliance (OSHA, chemical handling)
Support cleaning tasks during peak occupancy
Assist with onboarding and team development
Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
