Today, we're looking for a skilled installation professional who is ready to take the lead on residential HVAC projects while helping less-experienced installers develop their skills.If you're looking for dependable work, strong benefits, and an opportunity to make an impact beyond your own installs, this could be a great fit.Pay & Benefits$25–$35 per hourUnion benefits packageCompany-paid medical insurance for you and your familyDental and vision coverage availablePaid vacationContinued training and advancement opportunitiesConsistent work within the local service areaRegular team breakfast meetingsYour RoleYou'll take ownership of residential HVAC installation projects and help ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Wright's standards.Responsibilities include:Direct residential HVAC installation jobs from beginning to completionWork alongside and coach installation helpersDemonstrate proper installation methods and jobsite practicesMaintain strong standards for workmanship, safety, and customer careTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to installationsCommunicate directly with homeowners in a professional mannerOperate HVAC tools, equipment, and testing instruments appropriatelyWhat You Need3+ years of HVAC installation experiencePrevious experience as a lead installer or crew lead is preferredAbility and willingness to train newer team membersValid driver's license and clean, insurable driving recordGood understanding of jobsite safetyOwn basic HVAC hand toolsThis Job RequiresThe physical demands of the position include:Spending much of the workday standing and working on your feetLifting 70+ lbs. when necessaryWorking comfortably in hot, cold, and changing jobsite environmentsSafely using both step and extension laddersHours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with some overtime depending on business demandWhy Wright Heating and Cooling?Wright has remained family-owned for four generations, building a reputation around quality work and strong relationships in the communities we serve.
