You should be able to motivate a sales team, listen well, stay fit, and have fun. When something goes wrong, you fix it. You recognize members on milestones and you strive to surpass sales goals. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio and oversee a team of staff and instructors. Engage with members, guests, vendors, and visitors to ensure a welcoming and professional environment. Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Own the big picture and the small details, ensuring quality experiences and smooth processes. Respond to issues promptly and fix problems as they arise. Recognize and celebrate member milestones to promote engagement and retention. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition. Passion for health and wellness. Team-oriented with the ability to lead and collaborate.
