Manager - Business Operations Partner - Neurology & IgG4-RD

Amgen seeks a Manager of Business Operations to support the UPLIZNA commercial organization in neurology and IgG4-RD. The role involves leading business operations workstreams, developing analytical insights, coordinating cross-functional execution, and translating brand priorities into actionable plans while strengthening operating practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with UPLIZNA commercial functions to understand priorities and coordinate execution across sales, marketing, finance, and other teams
- Monitor business performance, synthesize data and market information, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects from planning through implementation with defined deliverables and timelines
- Support planning processes including brand strategy, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews
- Manage governance activities including decision tracking, action management, and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree and 2 years of operations, consulting, strategy, or commercial experience
- Or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant operations or commercial experience
- Strong analytical judgment and structured problem-solving abilities
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Clear communication and ability to influence without direct authority
- Commercial and business acumen in pharmaceutical or related environment
