Production/Packaging Associate

Packaging Associate: Juda, Wisconsin

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Packaging Associate to work full-time on AM shift (Team 2). In this role, you will support food packaging operations by rotating through workstations, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:

• Rotate positions approximately every 30 minutes to support workflow and avoid repetitive strain.
• Operate assigned packaging equipment and related computer systems.
• Monitor product flow to ensure proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and correct codes or labels.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects and rework or remove product as needed.
• Assist with setup, calibration, and minor maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and system entries to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain forklifts as trained.
• Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience or training, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. and perform physical job duties.
• Ability to work in environments that may include humidity and temperature changes.
• Ability to climb, stand, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule.

Pay for Packaging Associate:

$21.25/hour plus weekend premiums.
