Contract Service Advisor

Atlas Management is hiring for major corporation in the downtown Nashville, TN area for a Customer Contract Service Advisor (CCSA). CCSA position is first point of contact to providing customers with information on their utility accounts. Position : Customer Contract Service Advisor

Status: 2 year contract

Work Location: Downtown Nashville, Free parking provided

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00 p.m. Days: M-F

Rate of Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Specifications:

This position provides support to customers who are requesting adjustments or information concerning customer accounts in a professional call center environment.

• Navigating systems to retrieve customer information
• Educate customers about their account
• Provide service updates and service connections
• Payment history
• Providing account qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional customer support environment
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience prefered
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Can navigate multiple screens with ease
• Comfortable enteracting with customers on a continuous basis
• Must complete and pass background and credit check (no delinquent utility accounts)

Education : High school diploma or General Education Diploma required.
