Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your own networks
• Reach out to prospective candidates to highlight MLR opportunities and assess their interests
• Arrange interviews between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Engage with leads to keep up their interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission for every meeting you establish, interview initiated, and successful hire resulting from your efforts

Requirements for Success

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and self-driven attitude — you manage your own schedule, not the reverse
• A passion for outreach, relationship-building, and assisting individuals in advancing their careers

Payment Structure

This is a commission-based position without limits on your earning potential and no ceiling over your success.

Your compensation will be directly tied to the value you generate:

• Commission for every qualified meeting arranged
• Additional earnings when interviews take place as a result of your outreach efforts
• Enhanced commission for new business generated
• Bonus commission when placements occur from your leads
• Other earning opportunities based on performance (e.g. retention bonuses)
