The Company is in search of a Board Member with a strong background in clinical leadership, particularly in the CNS/Neuro sector, to provide strategic support and guidance. Responsibilities for this role include offering a refined perspective and insight into the current and emerging drug development landscape and ecosystem, with a focus on all stages of drug development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical leadership, with a deep understanding of the drug development process, especially in the CNS/Neuro area. While prior public board experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
