Senior IT Administrator

Senior IT Administrator – New York Office Digital Turbine is a hybrid work environment – only candidates local to the NewYork posting location will be considered. Responsibilities Collaborate with a worldwide team of IT professionals, both internal and external. Provide in‑person and remote support for all employees, including Executive and Senior Leadership. Respond to and manage incoming technical support requests via the IT help‑desk ticketing system and other support avenues. Oversee and maintain the office’s IT infrastructure, end‑user devices, and applications (e.g., network infrastructure, Google Meet, A/V, desk equipment). Ensure the availability and proper working condition of computer equipment and peripherals by managing their setup, maintenance, repair, and disposal. Develop and distribute technical instructional documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in IT offices, server rooms, and storage areas. Collaborate with other departments (Engineering, DevOps, Security, Facilities, Finance, Corporate Systems) on projects involving installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation of technology infrastructure and associated hardware and software. Manage, enroll, and improve our MDM infrastructure – JAMF and Intune. Responsible for office firewalls (UniFi, Fortinet), VPN gateways, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure. Support our communication and productivity stack (Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, etc.). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for onboarding and off‑boarding employees (new‑hire orientations, asset management, access control). Support IT requirements for local events, such as executive leadership and board meetings, and global events, such as all‑hands meetings. Occasional travel to other offices may be required to assist with IT support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5years of related experience. Previous support of Google, Windows, Mac, and Linux environments. Experience with identity provider platforms like Okta and SaaS applications such as Google Workspace. Experience with centrally managed client security technologies such as CrowdStrike, MDM (JAMF and Intune). Strong customer orientation and communication skills. Ability to coach and guide users through basic computer tasks. Excellent time‑management, detail‑orientation, and organizational skills. Experience supporting executive staff members in person and remotely. Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley, SOX is a plus. Certifications or educational degrees in IT are a plus.
